The uPVC Frame FloodKit® Door panel requires no permanent fixtures or framework to be installed to your property. For most householders this is one of the most important features of our Door Panels. The product has passed the PAS 1188-1:2014 BSI standards test to prevent flood water up to 840mm high entering your property. Manufactured from the finest Scandinavian Birch plywood that is only sourced from fully PEFC certified forests and overlaid with a durable weather resistant phenolic film. The Premium Panels use our ingenious stainless steel door frame clips to attache to your door frame. When these clips are tightened against your door frame the EPDM rubber seals ensure a watertight seal.

Product Description
All FloodKit uPVC Doorframe panels have passed the BSI standard PAS1188-1 : 2014 for water ingress. They are manufactured from the finest Scandinavian Birch plywood that is fully PEFC certified and overlaid with a durable weather resistant phenolic film. This super strong Panel will deflect less than 1mm over a 1metre length with half a ton of water bearing against it which equates to floodwater 900mm high. The Panels also feature EPDM rubber seals to ensure a watertight fit against your door frame.
FloodKit uPVC Doorframe Panels have been independently tested at The University of Central Lancashire.
Our standard panels are 600mm high and are available in a variety of standard widths to suit the most popular door frame sizes. Alternative widths and panels 900mm high to protect against extreme floods are also available.
TheFloodKit uPVC Doorframe Panel is secured against the door frame with specially designed stainless steel door clips that are tightened against the door frame with the long arm Allen Key that is provided. When tightened these clips compress the EPDM to form a watertight seal.
