The FloodKit® Pipe Patches are manufactured from a preformed high performance mastic tape. These special adhesive patches have passed the BSI standards test: PAS 1188-1:2014 to prevent flood water up to 840mm high entering your property through an overflow pipe or gaps in mortar surrounding cable or pipe exit points. These are areas that can easily be missed when planning a flood prevention strategy.

Supplied with 2 sizes of cutouts for 22mm and 40mm pipes.
Manufactured from preformed adhesive mastic tape.
Supplied with a film backing for easy application.
Remember to seal the end of the pipe with FloodTape.
When the floodwater has receded you must remove the seal from the end of pipe.
